My New Favorite TV Show

 

I just finished the second season of this awesome show!  While I had several friends tell me about this show over the past couple of months, I didn't have Apple TV, so I let it slip off my radar.  Then my lovely husband got me a new IPad and Apple Pencil for Christmas and it came with a 3 month subscription to Apple TV.

As you may already know, I grew up in England and still love to watch football matches.  I just can't call it soccer 😆. The humor of Ted adjusting to life in England and the way that the Richmond fans treat him is just hilarious. The first time they call him a whanker, I sprayed by tea all over the place! The whole cast is what makes this show work on so many levels.  

Though, I have to admit, I have a bit of a crush on Roy Kent.  He reminds me of several guys that I went to school with in England.  I also love the relationship that he has with his niece, Phoebe.

If you haven't checked this show out yet, I HIGHLY recommend that you give it a try.  I know can't wait for the third season to debut.  The way the second season ends will definitely make you want for more!

Temperature Quilt Update

 The month of January is now done!  I am proud of myself for keeping up with this project on a weekly basis.  I really think taking the time to get all the squares cut and organized was worth the time.

I can now pull a week's worth of colors in a matter of minutes and it only takes me about 20 minutes to sew seven days of data.  Now that I have a whole month together, I'm even more excited to see how this quilt is going to turn out.

Let's hope I keep to my schedule this month.
